By purchasing from Merge, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy- No Refunds After Final Payment: Once full payment has been made for property, land, or services, refunds will not be issued. Clients are encouraged to carefully consider their purchases and conduct due diligence before completing transactions.- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between Merge and the client.- Exceptions: In cases where a refund may be deemed necessary by Merge’s discretion, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account administrative, legal, and logistical costs.

2. Return Policy- Land and Property: All land and property sales are final. Returns are not applicable to land or property once a transaction has been completed.- Services: If a client is unsatisfied with a service provided by Merge, they must notify us in writing within 14 days of the service completion. Merge will review the situation and provide a solution where appropriate, including additional services or corrections.

3. Dispute Resolution- Mediation and Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, Merge and the client agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration, with all proceedings taking place outside of a court of law. This is to ensure a swift and efficient resolution.- Jurisdiction: Merge Eco Village Limited operates under the laws of Tanzania, and clients must understand the local business climate and legal framework. Any dispute resolution will adhere to Tanzanian laws and regulations.

4. Risk and Flexibility- Understanding the African Market: By engaging in business with Merge Eco Village Limited, clients acknowledge the complexities and inherent risks associated with doing business in Tanzania and Africa in general. This includes but is not limited to infrastructure challenges, bureaucratic processes, and environmental factors. - Flexible Solutions: Merge will make every effort to work with clients to find flexible solutions to any issues that arise, but clients must be prepared for non-traditional approaches to problem-solving that may be required by local conditions.

5. Changes to This Policy Merge Eco Village Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued business with Merge will signify acceptance of the updated terms. By doing business with Merge, clients accept the terms of this Refund and Return Policy and agree to resolve any concerns or disputes in a cooperative and amicable manner, avoiding the need for litigation.
